Amara is a fictional digital character for adults. This notice explains the minimum information used to provide the service.
We store a random service identifier, age-confirmation status, message usage, chat messages, approximate language and timezone, linked Instagram or Telegram identifiers and usernames, and payment entitlement. We do not ask for your legal name. Telegram processes Stars purchases; Amara stores the transaction reference, package, Stars amount, and credited access, but not card or bank details.
Information is used to deliver chat, remember recent context, link a user's chosen channels, share history and access across those channels, enforce free-message limits, prevent abuse, provide paid access, and operate and improve the service. Authorized administrators may review conversations for customer support, safety, and response-quality improvement. Relevant conversation text is sent to the configured language-model provider to generate replies and perform safety checks.
You can delete conversation data from the chat menu or with /delete in Telegram. Payment and operational records may be retained for security, refunds, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. Do not share highly sensitive information in chat.
The service is only for people aged 18 or older. Amara is a fictional digital character, not a human, therapist, medical professional, or emergency service.
