You may request deletion of information associated with your Amara conversations.
Open hiamara.com in the same browser and use the conversation deletion control in the chat menu. This removes the conversation session and its stored messages.
Email hello@hiamara.com with the subject “Instagram data deletion request” and include your Instagram username. We may ask you to confirm control of the account. Never send your password. We will acknowledge the request and delete or de-identify eligible service data within 30 days unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or law.
You can review or remove connected access in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Disconnecting access does not itself delete information already stored by Amara, so also submit a deletion request if you want stored information removed.
